Consent: By registering your child as a Keeley’s Cause Super Raiser, you give consent for their fundraising efforts to be shared on Keeley’s Cause social media platforms and promotional materials. This includes the use of your child’s picture and fundraising story.
Personal Responsibility: As a parent or guardian, you acknowledge that you are responsible for supervising your child during fundraising activities. Keeley’s Cause is not liable for any incidents or accidents that may occur during these activities.
Compliance with Laws: All fundraising activities must comply with local laws, regulations, and guidelines. It is the responsibility of the parents or guardians to ensure that all activities are conducted in a lawful and ethical manner.
Use of Funds: Funds raised by Super Raisers should be used exclusively for the intended purpose of supporting children diagnosed with Autism or Intellectual Disabilities, as outlined by Keeley’s Cause. Misuse of funds is strictly prohibited.
Communication and Updates: Keeley’s Cause may contact parents or guardians regarding important updates, fundraising resources, and relevant information. By registering your child as a Super Raiser, you agree to receive communications from Keeley’s Cause.
Termination of Participation: Keeley’s Cause reserves the right to terminate a child’s participation as a Super Raiser if they engage in any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or harmful to others.
